Topaz was found in an apartment complex. The residents told his rescuer that he had been there for several months and had never approached anyone before. When he got to Little Mews he had frostbite on both ears and scrapes on his nose. The frostbite was severe enough that he lost the tip of one ear. He is now recovered and loving the indoor life.
